Warnings

The maximum recommended daily dose of the medicine must not exceed 500 mg of nicotinamide mononucleotide. The recommended duration of use for a medicine containing nicotinamide mononucleotide must be 12 weeks or less. Nutrients can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
