How do I find a store that stocks the Melrose FutureLab products I need?
Our products are currently available online and through selected retailers such as Chemist Warehouse. You can contact the Melrose FutureLab Customer Service team on 03 9874 7800 for further information.
Do you accept back orders for out of stock products?
No. we currently do not have a back order system in place. If an item is out of stock, it will be displayed as sold out on the website.
Can I place an order over the phone?
No. We currently do not accept orders over the phone. If you need assistance completing your order please email orders@melrosehealth.com.au
I have forgotten my account name and/or password. What do I do?
Please go to the login section of our website and select "forgot my password" and we'll email you a new password to the email we have on file for you account. Please follow the unique link provided in the email to set up a new password. Please keep your data safe and do not share your login details or re-use other passwords you may use for other sites.
How do I view or edit my account details?
Please login to your Melrose FutureLab account via the main navigation bar at the top right of the page and go to My Account to view or edit your details.
I have a coupon code. How do I use it?
Once you have selected the products you want to purchase and added them to the cart you will go to the checkout. Simply enter the code under the coupon code field and click Apply to ensure you receive the discount. Please enter the coupon code exactly as it has been provided to you otherwise it will not work and the discount will not be applied. The total amount due to be paid will be clearly spelt out before you commit to order from the Melrose FutureLab website.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, ApplePay, GooglePay, UnionPay.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are managed by Australia Post. Successful orders will be shipped within one or two business days (Monday-Friday) as long as there are no issues. Once your order has been collected from our warehouse, you will receive an email from Australia Post confirming that the order is on its way and will provide you with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the Australia Post website.
What are your shipping options and costs in Australia?
You can view our shipping options and cost in Australia within our shipping and returns policy.
How I track my order?
You would also have received this order confirmation number and tracking number via email. If you are in Australia please visit the Australia Post website to track your order. You can also contact our Customer Support team to track your order.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship across Australia. If you are an international customer please contact our customer support team for more information on where you may be able to purchase from us.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Every effort is made to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible. All shipped goods will be delivered using Australia Post, with an eParcel tracking number applied to each order. Delivery time frame varies on your location. Orders processed may take 5-7 business days to arrive.
I haven't received my order within the specified timeframe. What do I do?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame please check with Australia Post first. You can also Melrose FutureLab Customer support via email: orders@melrosehealth.com.au, quoting your 6 digit order number and your tracking number if you have it handy.
I know I'm not going to be home to sign for my order. What can I do?
Within Australia, we can ship to post office boxes. If you are not at home to receive your parcel, we now have authority to leave deliveries, so if you're not home it will be left in a safe place.
What is your return policy?
We will not cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”. In accordance with any statutory rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded, we will replace or reimburse you for any product which has been delivered to you and is faulty or damaged. Due to the nature of our product, returns and refunds of product(s) are processed on a case by case basis. If you have problems with your order or product received, we request that you contact us through our contact us page.

How do I create an account?
You will need to purchase a subscription, and your account will have automatically be created when you check out.
If you have not purchased one, you will not have an account created.
How do I change my delivery frequency?
You can update your delivery frequency by logging into your online account.
Once you have logged in, select 'Manage Subscription', then 'Delivery Schedule' and choose the selected option and confirm.
How do I update my shipping address?
You can update your shipping address by logging into your online account.
Once you have logged in, select 'Manage Subscriptions', then select 'Shipping Address', and update your details.
How do I update my payment information?
You can update your payment information by logging into your online account.
Once you have logged in, select 'Manage Subscriptions', then 'Payment Method' and update your details.
How do I change my subscription options?
You can add or remove products for your subscription by logging into your online account.
Once you have logged in, select 'Manage Subscription', then select what product you wish to add, or update / remove product preferences here.
