1. Overview

Melrose FutureLab offers a 60-day money-back on the Daily Longevity Stack purchased directly through melrosefuturelab.com. Try it for the full 60 days, and if you're not satisfied, we'll refund you.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The Daily Longevity Stack was purchased directly via melrosefuturelab.com

• A minimum of 2 units (60-day supply) were purchased, either in a single order or across consecutive orders

• Your claim is submitted between day 60 and day 90 from your original purchase date. Your purchase date is day 0, as confirmed in your order confirmation email

• This is your first guarantee claim - one claim is permitted per customer, lifetime

3. How to Claim

1. Email info@melrosefuturelab.com or submit a general enquiry via our contact form at melrosefuturelab.com/pages/contact, indicating you wish to submit a 60-Day Money-Back claim

2. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a template requesting the information required to assess your claim

3. Complete and return the template to our customer service team

4. Our team will respond within 2 business days with confirmation of eligibility

5. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days (Please note it may take up to 10 business days for funds to land in your account) 

4. Refund

• The amount paid at time of purchase will be refunded

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• The refund applies to a maximum of one 60-day supply (2 units) per claim

• Refund will be processed within 2 business days once eligibility has been confirmed 

5. Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Purchases made through Chemist Warehouse or any other retail stockist

• Claims submitted before day 60 or after day 90 from the original purchase date

• Orders comprising fewer than 2 units (60-day supply)

• Customers who have previously submitted a guarantee claim

6. Australian Consumer Law

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by law.

7. Modification or Cancellation

Melrose FutureLab reserves the right to modify or cancel this guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the date of modification. Claims submitted prior to any modification or cancellation will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of purchase.
